This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.  You will need to make payment at Chase Park located at 1500 Celery Ave, Sanford FL 32771

You can make payment at Chase Park located at 1500 Celery Ave, Sanford, FL 32771 or the Sanford Recreation Department located at City Hall, 300 N. Park Ave, Sanford, FL 32771.  We can take Credit Card, Cash, Check or Money order at Chase Park.

• You will need to create a free account to register your child. 

• If you are new to our program you will need to provide a copy of your child's birth certificate after you complete the registration.

• Please use the following options to submit the birth certificate:

  1)  Email to john.polk@sanfordfl.gov

  2)  Drop off at Chase Park located at 1500 Celery Ave,  Sanford, FL 32771             

  3)  Drop off at Sanford Recreation Dept (City Hall) located at 300 N. Park Ave, Sanford, FL 32771
